What if I want to schedule a trial session?
We offer in-salon or on-location bridal trials. Please fill out our contact form with the date, time and desired location. In-salon trials are located in San Francisco for $250. Each trial session receives One (1) look + one (1) adjustment. One (1) look per appointment.
Any group discounts?
One way you can save on your wedding party is by booking a full service for your bridal party of 5 or more. For more information please and submit an inquiry.
What are your service areas?
Don't hesitate to inquire about your wedding at any location. Our service providers are located through out the Northern California. Our prices include travel for up to 150 miles from San Francisco.
How much to tip an artist, when do I tip the artist?
Gratuity is greatly appreciated for our working professionals. We suggest a 20% gratuity when you pre-pay or in cash at the end of your service.
How are the artist selected for my wedding?
Each artist are verified through technical interviews.
What kind of hairstyle do you do?
We can create most hairstyles. If you have a specific style, it is best to provide a photo for your pro to review during a trial or prior to the wedding date.
Can I use my hair extensions?
If your hair extensions are clip-in's, your pro will be able to assist you during your styling time.
If your extensions are of the following but not limited too:
tape-in's, glue-in's, sew in's, or other special adhering process,
a pro will NOT be able to insert your hair extensions.
Can I have someone perform touch-ups before the ... ?
We certainly offer half-day and full-day rates executed by our Wedding Pro's. This means you will have one designated artist to perform touch-up's either up to a total of 6 hours or up to 12 hours from the start of your wedding services.

Who can I include in the group, what is the maximum amount of people allowed?
There is no maximum amount of bridesmaids. We work with talented artist around the Bay Area and will staff your wedding day appropriately.
My wedding date changed, what can I do now?
Please notify your beauty concierge with the new wedding date as soon as possible.

How much is the deposit?
To reserve your wedding date a 20% deposit is needed to reserve your wedding date and pro/team.
I want to change my looks for my wedding?
Please notify your booking agent as soon as possible if you want to change your look for the wedding.
Do you do cut & color?
Some of our Pro's are working cosmetologist. Please inquire about additional services needed and we will direct you to the perfect professional.
Do you do men's grooming?
Before the wedding date - Some of our Pro's are working haircolorist and stylist. Please inquire about men's grooming and we will direct you to the perfect professional.
On the wedding date: We offer men's grooming, when submitting an inquiry, request for the #1 of men's gromming services needed.
How long does makeup application take?
A makeup application is usually 30-45mins.
How long does an up-do take?
Depending on the hairstyle and texture, an up-do is usually 30-45 mins. (with 10-15 min hair prep)
How do I cancel my reservation, cancellation policy?
Please notify your booking agent with the new change as soon as possible.
Desposit Unpaid- If your deposit is unpaid and have NOT signed a contract, it is most likely you do NOT have booked appointment with wedding pro. If your wedding date has changed and you would like to book a Pro now, click here.
Depost Paid, 30 days or more before the day of wedding - You are allowed a full refund + your deposit if you cancel your wedding date thirty (30) or more days before the wedding date.
Deposit Paid, 21 days or more before the day of wedding- 75% refund - deposit refundable.
Deposit Paid, 7 days or more before the day of wedding- 50% refund - deposit non-refundable.
Deposit Paid, 3 days or more before the day of wedding- 20% refund - deposit non-refundable.
